Friends and family,

Warm greetings from Yokohama...I hope this email finds everybody all well and sound.

This is just a quick note to let you know that I came back to Japan safely in one-piece after seven months of round-the-world traveling. No single serious sickness, no upset stomach, no robbing, no theft loss, no accident, but only lots of memories, lots of encounters of new and old
friends, lots of photos are left behind...ah, not to mention 'lots' and 'lots' of f_t around my tummy...alas, this is hideous!!

So what's next? Well, this is something I have to start thinking seriously..but I do have a number of ideas and will take it easy for a while - at least until I get settled back to reality again. (All photos and updating blog will keep me busy meanwhile.)

Anyhow, for those I met on the road: thank you very much for your time, hospitality, lovely company and please do let me know and be my guest when you come to Japan. And for those I left behind in Japan: hope to catch up and share all wonderful stories over glasses of wine and sake! :-)
